Crossroads Middle School
7th - 8th Grade Bands

The 7th and 8th grad bands are team taught under the direction of Mr. Lago and Mr. Marlow. The bands participate in the Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association (MSBOA) functions such as Solo & Ensemble Festival and the District Ten Middle School Band Festival.

A note from our Principal:
As someone without a single musical bone in my body, I am in absolute awe of the talent within our Northview Band program. As the principal of Crossroads Middle School, I know firsthand the hard work and dedication that goes into every performance by both our students and our directors.

While our community enjoys the final product at concerts and football games, I see the endless hours of practice required to get there. I see our students lugging their instruments home and back to school, day in and day out. It makes me incredibly proud to witness the time they commit to their craft.

I would like to extend a sincere thank you to Mr. Lago, Mr. Marlowe, Mr. Wells, and the countless volunteers and families who make the Northview Band program a force that unites our community. You give us all one more reason to be proud to be a Wildcat!
